Personal Information the App Collects
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:Your shop name and shop contact email, this is only used for email notification when a customer has cancelled an order through this app, and for support and emergency contact purpose.
Orders data including Order ID, Order creation date, Order tags, Product ID, quantity for the products, Product tags, Line item properties, Order notes, Order fulfillment status and discount code used for the order.
Transaction data for the order, this is only used for the app to create refund for the transaction, or void the authorized charge.
Order Information the App Collects
For all of the app functions, the app collects information from the order, including the line item quantity, line item properties, product ID, product name, product price, product tags, variant ID, variant name, variant SKU , order ID, order notes, order tags, order shipping method, order creation date, discount code used for the order, fulfillments created for the order and transactions used for the order .From the information above, only the order ID, variant ID, quantity and discount code are stored in the app database, to facilitate the Reorder functionality (the same variant / product and discount code will be applied to the customer current cart when they click "Reorder" on the app), no other data from the order is stored in the app database.
Customer Information the App Collects
No customer information is accessed / collected / stored. The customer name, email, address is not accessed by the app.Data Retention Period
For the order data used for reorder function (order ID, product ID, variant ID, quantity and discount code), the data is stored in database, and will be purged after 14 days after its creation in database.For the store data (store name and store contact email), the data is stored in database until the user uninstalls the app.
For other data that is not mentioned above, they will be purged after 14 days from the database since its creation date.
Data Security
We use HTTPS / TLS 1.3 (AES_128_GCM_SHA256) to encrypt the data in transit for the app. The database only store the following data : your shop name, your shop contact email, product ID, variant ID, order ID, quantity of line items and discount code used for the order.Changes
